Planungszonen
Kantonsweiter Geodatensatz der Planungszonen. Planungszonen können gemäss §§29-35 des Planungs- und Baugesetzes (PBG, RB 700) durch die Gemeinde für genau bezeichnete Gebiete bestimmt werden, um eine dort vorgesehene Planung sicherzustellen. Innerhalb der Planungszone werden neue Bauten und Anlagen nur bewilligt, wenn sie die vorgesehene Planung nicht erschweren oder beeinträchtigen. Planungszonen entfalten bereits ab dem Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung im kantonalen Amtsblatt ihre Rechtswirkung (grundsätzliches Bauverbot gemäss § 34 Abs. 1 PBG).
