Perimeter Agglomerationsprogramme
Der Bund kann in Agglomerationen finanzielle Beiträge für Verkehrsinfrastrukturen sprechen. Dazu muss in sogenannten Agglomerationsprogrammen (AP) eine wirkungsvolle Abstimmung zwischen der Siedlungs- und Verkehrsentwicklung aufgezeigt werden. Der Kanton Thurgau ist an fünf AP's beteiligt: Frauenfeld, Kreuzlingen-Konstanz, Schaffhausen, St. Gallen- Bodensee und Wil. In AP's die über die Kantonsgrenze reichen, sind die beteiligten ausserkantonalen Gemeinden matter dargestellt. Thurgauer Gemeinden die zwar im Betrachtungsperimeter eines AP's liegen aber nicht beitragsberechtigt sind, sind mit einer Schraffur überlagert. Die beitragsberechtigten Gemeinden sind im Anhang 4 der Verordnung über die Verwendung der zweckgebundenen Mineralölsteuer und weiterer für den Strassenverkehr zweckgebundenen Mittel (MinVV; SR 725.116.21) aufgeführt.
