Waldflächen gemäss WaG
Die Waldflächen basieren auf der Walddefinition gemäss §2 des eidgenössischen, sowie §2 des basellandschaftlichen, bzw. §3 des baselstädtischen Waldgesetzes. Verantwortlich für die Walderhebung ist das Amt für Wald beider Basel.
Gemeinden, Organisationen oder Privatpersonen, die eine waldrechtliche Auskunft oder Bewilligung benötigen, erhalten über diese Grundlage Auskunft darüber, wo Wald informell erhoben wurde; aus diesem Datensatz können keine rechtlichen Ansprüche abgeleitet werden.
