Die LiDAR Bodenpunkte bilden die rohe und unverbaute Topografie der Oberfläche des gewachsenen Bodens als Punktwolke ab. Die Punktdichte beträgt mind. 16 Punkte pro m2. Die Höhengenauigkeit (einfache Standardabweichung) des Terrainmodells DTM Bodenpunkte an einer beliebigen Stelle ist besser als ±0.1 m, ± 0.3 m im Vegetationsbereich.
