Der Datensatz enthält die berechnete Lärmbelastung durch Strassen- und Eisenbahnverkehr an rund 36 Millionen Fassadenpunkten in der Schweiz im Jahr 2021. Die Fassadenpunkte (3D-Punkte) enthalten die äquivalenten Dauerschallpegel (Leq) für verschiedene Beurteilungszeiträume (Tag, Abend, Nacht, Day-Evening-Night, Day-Night) sowie die Beurteilungspegel (Lr) nach Lärmschutzverordnung (LSV) für Tag und Nacht. Für den Strassenverkehr wurden zudem Teilpegel nach Strasseneigentümer (Gemeinde, Kanton, Nationalstrasse) berechnet. Die Fassadenpunkte sind über Identifikatoren (Eidgenössischer Gebäudeidentifikator EGID) eindeutig den Gebäuden zugeordnet und ermöglichen als 3D-Punkte eine stockwerkgenaue Aussage über die Lärmbelastung.

Die Angaben stützen sich auf dem schweizweiten Lärmberechnungsmodell sonBASE 2021 des Bundesamts für Umwelt. Die Berechnungen basieren beim Strassenverkehr auf den Verkehrszahlen des Nationalen Personenverkehrsmodells (NPVM 2021) sowie beim Eisenbahnverkehr auf dem Emissionskataster 2021 (EK 2021). Die Daten dienen ausschliesslich der statistischen Information auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene und sind gesetzlich nicht verbindlich. Verbindliche Angaben zur Lärmbelastung wie auch zur Lärmsanierung geben die jeweiligen Vollzugsbehörden: bei Nationalstrassen das Bundesamt für Strassen (ASTRA), bei Haupt- und übrigen Strassen die kantonalen Vollzugsbehörden und beim Eisenbahnverkehr das Bundesamt für Verkehr (BAV).

Le jeu de données contient l'exposition calculée au bruit du trafic routier et ferroviaire en environ 36 millions de points de façade en Suisse pour l'année 2021. Les points de façade (points 3D) comprennent les niveaux sonores continus équivalents (Leq) pour différentes périodes d'évaluation (jour, soir, nuit, Day-Evening-Night, Day-Night) ainsi que les niveaux d'évaluation (Lr) selon l'ordonnance sur la protection contre le bruit (OPB) pour le jour et la nuit. Pour le trafic routier, des niveaux partiels ont également été calculés selon le propriétaire de la route (commune, canton, route nationale). Les points de façade sont univoquement attribués aux bâtiments via des identificateurs (identificateur fédéral de bâtiment EGID) et permettent, en tant que points 3D, de formuler des déclarations précises sur l'exposition au bruit à l'échelle de chaque étage.

Les données reposent sur le modèle de calcul du bruit sonBASE 2021, établi à l'échelle nationale par l'Office fédéral de l'environnement. Pour le trafic routier, les calculs sont basés sur les chiffres de trafic du Modèle national de trafic voyageurs (MNTP 2021) ; pour le trafic ferroviaire, ils s'appuient sur le cadastre des émissions 2021 (CE 2021). Les données servent exclusivement à des fins d'information statistique aux niveaux national et régional et ne sont pas juridiquement contraignantes. Les informations contraignantes relatives à l'exposition au bruit ainsi qu'à l'assainissement phonique sont fournies par les autorités d'exécution compétentes : pour les routes nationales, l'Office fédéral des routes (OFROU) ; pour les routes principales et les autres routes, les autorités cantonales d'exécution ; et pour le trafic ferroviaire, l'Office fédéral des transports (OFT).

I punti di facciata (punti 3D) contengono i livelli sonori continui equivalenti (Leq) per diversi periodi di valutazione (giorno, sera, notte, Day-Evening-Night, Day-Night), nonché i livelli di valutazione (Lr) secondo l'ordinanza contro l'inquinamento fonico (OIF) per il giorno e la notte. Per il traffico stradale sono stati inoltre calcolati livelli parziali suddivisi per proprietario della strada (Comune, Cantone, strada nazionale). I punti di facciata sono univocamente associati agli edifici tramite identificatori (Identificatore federale degli edifici EGID) e, in quanto punti 3D, consentono una valutazione dell'esposizione al rumore con precisione al piano.

I dati si basano sul modello di calcolo del rumore su scala nazionale sonBASE 2021 dell'Ufficio federale dell'ambiente (UFAM). I calcoli relativi al traffico stradale si fondano sui il Modello del traffico viaggiatori a livello nazionale (MTVN 2021), mentre per il traffico ferroviario si basano sul Catasto delle emissioni 2021 (CE 2021). I dati sono destinati esclusivamente all'informazione statistica a livello nazionale e regionale e non sono giuridicamente vincolanti. Informazioni vincolanti sull'esposizione al rumore e sul risanamento fonico sono fornite dalle rispettive autorità esecutive: per le strade nazionali dall'Ufficio federale delle strade (USTRA), per le strade principali e le altre strade dalle autorità esecutive cantonali, e per il traffico ferroviario dall'Ufficio federale dei trasporti (UFT).

The dataset contains the calculated noise exposure from road and railway traffic at approximately 36 million façade points in Switzerland for the year 2021. The façade points (3D points) include the equivalent continuous sound levels (Leq) for various assessment periods (day, evening, night, Day-Evening-Night, Day-Night), as well as the rating sound levels (Lr) pursuant to the Noise Abatement Ordinance (NAO) for day and night. For road traffic, partial levels broken down by road owner (municipality, canton, national road) were additionally calculated. The façade points are uniquely assigned to buildings via identifiers (Federal Building Identifier EGID) and, as 3D points, enable floor-specific statements about noise exposure.

The data are based on the nationwide noise calculation model sonBASE 2021 of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). For road traffic, the calculations draw on traffic figures from the National Passenger Transport Model (NPTM 2021), and for railway traffic on the Emission Cadastre 2021 (EC 2021). The data are intended exclusively for statistical information at national and regional level and are not legally binding. Binding information on noise exposure and noise abatement is provided by the respective enforcement authorities: for national roads by the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO), for main and other roads by the cantonal enforcement authorities, and for railway traffic by the Federal Office of Transport (FOT).
