Maiswurzelbohrer
Im Interesse der Landwirte, vor allem der Maisproduzenten, werden geeignete Massnahmen verfügt. In der Schweiz ist kein Insektizid gegen den Maiswurzelbohrer bewilligt. Eine Tilgung ist somit nicht möglich. infolgedessen sind Vorbeugemassnahmen anzuordnen. Dies gilt insbesondere im Rahmen der Fruchtfolge, da der Maiswurzelbohrer ein typischer Fruchtfolgeschädling ist. Mit diesen Massnahmen soll erreicht werden, dass der Entwicklungszyklus des Maiswurzelbohrers unterbrochen wird,
in dem Mais nicht nach Mais angebaut wird.
Es werden im Kanton Schwyz abgegrenzte Gebiete im Radius von 10 km ab den Fundorten der Maiswurzelbohrer gebildet, in welchem Bekämpfungsmassnahmen gelten sollen.
