Strassenzustand
Der Strassenzustand stellt eine wichtige Grundlage für ein funktionierendes und realitätsnahes Erhaltungsmanage-ment der Fahrbahnen dar. Wichtige Kenngrössen zum Strassenzustand der Kantonsstrassen werden deshalb vom Tiefbauamt jeweils im Abstand von wenigen Jahren neu erhoben. Die Zustandserhebung und die Indexbewertung (Oberflächenschäden Index I0, Längsebenheit Index I2, Querebenheit Index I3) sind in der VSS-Norm 640 925b „Erhaltungsmanagement der Fahrbahnen (EMF)“ definiert. Der Index I0 Oberflächenschäden ist auch ein Indikator zur Beurteilung der Wirkung der für Unterhalt und Erneuerung eingesetzten Mittel im Tiefbauamt.
