Schutzbauten Naturgefahren - Prozesse Rutschung, Sturz und Lawine
Die Bauwerke zum Schutz vor Naturgefahren werden im Datensatz ‘Schutzbauten Naturgefahren’ dargestellt. Er dient der Verwaltung und Planung von Bauwerken und beinhaltet Objekte zum Schutz vor den Prozessen Hochwasser, Rutschung, Sturz und Lawine.
Gemäss § 8 Kantonales Waldgesetz (KWaG) obliegt die Ausführung und der Unterhalt von Massnahmen den Grund- und Werkeigentümer und den betroffenen Gemeinden.
Der Schutzbautenkataster ist eine Momentaufnahme und wird laufend nachgeführt. Neue Erkenntnisse zur Gefahrensituation oder neue Bautätigkeit erfordern neue Schutzbauwerke. Diese werden laufend im Schutzbautenkataster ergänzt.
