Bruttogeschossfläche auf Parzellen- und Gebäudebasis

Weist die Bruttogeschossfläche auf Parzellen- beziehungsweise Gebäudebasis aus. Die Bruttogeschossfläche umfasst im Allgemeinen die Grundfläche abgeschlossener Teile oberirdischer Geschosse einschliesslich der sie umgebenden Wände sowie Erschliessungsflächen. Untergeschosse werden dazugezählt, sofern sie beheizt sind.



Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Abschätzung der Bruttogeschossfläche. Die genauen Vorgaben zur Berechnung der Bruttogeschossfläche gemäss Baueingabe finden sich in §8 des Bau- und Planungsgesetz Basel-Stadt.
