Seismic Atlas of the Swiss Molasse Basin
Der Atlas zeigt eine 3D Erfassung geologischer Informationen von Bohrlochdaten und seismische Daten. In 20 Bildtafeln wurden die Tiefenstruktur von Basis Tertiär, Top Dogger, Basis Mesozoikum bestimmt. Diese enthalten ebenfalls Informationen über interpretierte Störungszonen. Ergebnisse wie z.B. die zunehmende Mächtigkeit des Mesozoikums in den westlichen Regionen, die Gräben des Permokarbons und die Korrelation der regionalen Bohrlochdaten wurden dargestellt. Der Atlas ist wertvoll für Projekte des Untergrundes wie z.B. Tunnelbau und geothermische Energiegewinnung.
