Schleppschlauchpflicht
Landwirtschaftsflächen der Kulturarten Sommergerste, Silo- und Grünmais, Kartoffeln, Kunstwiesen (ohne Weiden), Übrige Dauerwiesen (ohne Weiden), Weiden (Heimweiden, übrige Weiden ohne Sömmerungsweiden) und übrige Flächen innerhalt der LN die nicht beitragsberechtigt sind und welche eine Hangneigung von unter 18% und eine Mindestfläche von 25 Aren aufweisen, sind schleppschlauchpflichtig. Einzelbetriebliche Gesuche werden berücksichtig. Die Pflichtfläche je Betrieb beträgt mind. 3 ha.

Die Schleppschlauchpflicht auf den Flächen des Typs Schattenlagen ist auf die Monate Juni bis August beschränkt. Die Ausnahme ist bis 2025 befristet.
<br><br>
Kompensationsflächen sind eigentlich nicht schleppschlauchpflichtige Flächen, welche als Ersatz für eine schleppschlauchpflichtige Fläche mittels Schleppschlauch gedüngt wird.
