Bewilligungspflicht für Solaranlagen
Solaranlagen auf Kultur- oder Naturdenkmälern von kantonaler oder nationaler Bedeutung bedürfen gemäss Art. 18a Abs. 3 Raumplanungsgesetz (RPG) stets einer Baubewilligung. Dieser Datensatz stellt die bewilligungspflichtigen Gebiete bezüglich der Kulturdenkmäler im Kanton Basel-Landschaft dar. Die Auflagen unterschieden sich nach Schutzzonen und Kulturdenkmäler.
Solaranlagen auf Dächern innerhalb von Schutzzonen, wie in Kernzonen, Ortsbildschutzzonen und Denkmalschutzzonen, müssen genügend angepasst sein.
Solaranlagen auf Kulturdenkmälern dürfen diese nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigen.
Im Datensatz nicht berücksichtigt sind bewilligungspflichtige Gebiete bezüglich Naturdenkmälern von kantonaler oder nationaler Bedeutung, wie zum Beispiel BLN-Gebiete. Dies ist insbesondere im Landschaftsgebiet zu berücksichtigen.
