ÖREB-Kataster; Waldreservate (öffentlich-rechtliche Eigentumsbeschränkungen)
Im ÖREB-System werden die rechtskräftigen Daten verwaltet und nachgeführt (Weisung ÖREB-Kataster Version 4.02 vom 15. Mai 2025).

Inhalt: Waldreservate
Aktualisierung: Die Nachführung erfolgt laufend im zentralen ÖREB-System.
Waldreservate sind auf Dauer angelegte Schutzflächen mit absolutem Vorrang Ökologie und biologische Vielfalt. Ihr Perimeter ist definiert. Ihr Schutzstatus ist behörden- und eigentümerverbindlich gesichert - i.d.R. für jeweils 50 oder 99 Jahre mit Verlängerungsoption.
Die Klassen MCPFE1.1 sowie MCPFE1.2 entsprechen den Naturwaldreservaten, wobei die Klasse MCPFE1.1 ‘Keine aktiven Eingriffe’ im Kanton Zürich nicht vorhanden ist. Den Sonderwaldreservaten wird die Klasse MCPFE1.3 zugeordnet. Die zusätzliche Klasse ‘nicht_MCPFE’ stellt die nicht anrechenbaren Vertragsflächen dar.
