Basis ist ein Darstellungsdienst (Web Map Service), der aus Daten des AV-Geoportals des Bundes kreiert wird, dessen Inhalt gegenüber den vollständigen Daten der amtlichen Vermessung (AV) jedoch reduziert ist.

La base est un service de représentation (Web Map Service), créé depuis les données du Géoportail de la MO de la Confédération, dont le contenu est toutefois réduit par rapport aux données complètes de la mensuration officielle (MO).

La base è costituita da un servizio di rappresentazione (Web Map Service) creato a partire dai dati del geoportale della MU della Confederazione, il cui contenuto è tuttavia ridotto rispetto ai dati completi della misurazione ufficiale (MU).

The basis is a representation service (web map service) created using data from the federal AV-Geoportal. However, the service does not provide the full data from the official cadastral survey.
