Zum Schutz der wildlebenden Säugetiere und Vögel können Kantone Wildruhezonen nach Art. 4bis1 der Jagdverordnung vom 29. Februar 1988 (JSV, SR 922.01) bezeichnen. Liegen diese kantonalen Wildruhezonen im direkten Umfeld eines Gebirgslandeplatzes (GLP) und führt dessen Nutzung zu Konflikten mit den Schutzzielen, kann der Kanton beim BAZL bean-tragen, dass für die Wildruhezonen Empfehlungen (Überflughöhe von 1500 Fuss über Grund) für die zivile Luftfahrt veröffentlicht werden.

Afin de protéger les mammifères et les oiseaux sauvages, les cantons peuvent désigner des zones de tranquillité pour la faune sauvage conformément à l'art. 4bis de l'ordonnance du 29 février 1988 sur la chasse et la protection des mammifères et oiseaux sauvages (OChP, RS 922.01). Au cas où ces zones de tranquillité cantonales se trouvent à proximité d'une place d'atterrissage en montagne (PAM) et qu'il en résulte un conflit entre l'utilisation de la place et les objectifs de protection, le canton peut demander à l'OFAC de publier des recommandations à l'intention de l'aviation civile au sujet des zones de tranquillité pour la faune sauvage (hauteur de survol de 1500 m au-dessus du sol).

Per proteggere i mammiferi e gli uccelli selvatici i Cantoni hanno la facoltà di definire zone di tranquillità, secondo l'articolo 4ter1 dell'ordinanza del 29 febbraio 1988 sulla caccia (OCP, RS 922.01). Se le zone di tranquillità cantonali sono situate nelle immediate vicinanze di un'area di atterraggio in montagna (AAM), la cui utilizzazione compromette la tutela della zona, il Cantone può chiedere all'UFAC di pubblicare delle raccomandazioni per l'aviazione civile sul sorvolo delle zone di tranquillità (altezza di sorvolo di 1500 piedi dal suolo).

In order to protect wild animals and birds, Art. 4bis 1 of the Hunting Ordinance of 29 February 1988 (SR 922.01) the cantons can designate 'wildlife areas'. If there is a mountain landing site in the direct vicinity of any of these designated cantonal wildlife areas, the use of which conflicts with the aims of the wildlife area, the canton can request the FOCA to publish relevant recommendations for civil aviation (crossing height of 1500 feet above ground).
