SwissNames Ortschaften

SwissNames Orschaften enthält die Namen der Gemeinden, Ortschaften und Weiler, welche auf dem Inhalt der Landeskarten aus allen Massstäben basiert. Jedem Namenobjekt sind Lagekoordinaten des Bedeutungsschwerpunkts sowie mehrere Attribute wie Gemeindenummer, Gemeindename und Kantonszeichen zugewiesen. Gewisse Namenobjekte enthalten ausserdem eine Höhenangabe.

SwissNames Localités contient les noms des communes, localités et hameaux extraits des Cartes nationales à toute les échelles. A chaque toponyme sont affectés les coordonnées du barycentre de même que plusieurs attributs tels que le numéro officiel de la commune, le nom de la commune et le canton où il se trouve ou encore le type d'objet dont il s'agit. Une altitude est également attribuée à certains toponymes.

SwissNames Orschaften contains the geographical names of municipalities, cities, town extracted from the swiss National Maps at every scale. Coordinates X and Y are attributed to the main focus of each object name as well as further information such as the name and number of the municipality and the abbreviation of the canton. Certain object names also include the height.

SwissNames wird jährlich nachgeführt und steht jeweils im Juni zur Verfügung. Die Nachführung erfolgt aufgrund der Angaben der kantonalen Behörden sowie an Hand der Informationen, die von den Topographinnen und Topographen im Gelände erhoben werden.

SwissNames est mis à jour annuellement et est disponible en juin. La mise à jour s'effectue sur la base des renseignements transmis par les administrations cantonales et à l'aide des informations recueillies sur le terrain par les topographes.

SwissNames is updated every year and available in June. Updates are based on indications from cantonal authorities and on data collected on field by the topographers during theNational Map's update.

La mise à jour s'effectue sur la base des renseignements transmis par les administrations cantonales et à l'aide des informations recueillies sur le terrain par les topographes dans le cadre dela mise à jour de la carte nationale suisse.
