Kernräume Landschaftsentwicklung sind wertvolle Kulturlandschaften mit besonderer Eigenart und hohem Landschafts- und Erholungswert. Sie dienen der zeitgemässen landwirtschaftlichen Produktion; diese wird mit einer zielgerichteten Landschaftsentwicklung abgestimmt.
