Grenzpunkte
Grenzpunkte sind Bestandteil des Datenmodells der amtlichen Vermessung des Bundes. Grenzzeichen markieren den Grenzverlauf und machen die Eigentumsverhältnisse im Gelände sichtbar.
Zulässige Grenzzeichen sind u. a.: Granitmarkstein, Kunststoffgrenzzeichen, Bolzen, Kreuz und Vermarkungsrohr. Teilweise wird auf das Anbringen von Grenzzeichen verzichtet (z.B. bei dauernd eindeutig erkennbaren natürlichen Abgrenzungen bei Gewässern). Fixpunkte, welche sich auf einer Grundstücksgrenze befinden, werden in diesem Datensatz ebenfalls dargestellt.
