Die Bodenwertpunktekarte zeigt die Bodenpunkte eines landwirtschaftlichen Bodens nach Abzug der Hangneigung (gemäss der "Anleitung für die Schätzung des landwirtschaftlichen Ertragswertes" vom 26. November 2003: Basis-Bodenpunkte abzüglich Hangneigungsabzug). Weitere mögliche Abzüge für Parzellengrösse und -form, Distanz von den Gebäuden und Waldanstoss sind nicht berücksichtigt.
