Dieser Datensatz enthält den Beurteilungspegel (Lr) von Strassenlärm am Tag (06-22 Uhr) bei Wohnungen im Jahr 2021.

Der Wohnungsbeurteilungspunkt (3D-Geometrie) repräsentiert den dominanten Punkt an der Wohnung. Als dominanter Fassadenpunkt wird jener Punkt an der Wohnung bezeichnet, welcher die höchste Grenzwertüberschreitung in Abhängigkeit des Immissionspegels, der Lärmempfindlichkeitsstufe (ES) und der Nutzung aufweist.

Die Wohnungen können dem jeweiligen Stockwerk zugeordnet werden, ihre exakte Lage (strassenzugewandt oder -abgewandt) ist jedoch unbekannt. Darum wird allen Wohnungen auf demselben Stockwerk derselbe Lärmpegel zugewiesen. Ausnahmen sind möglich bei Wohnungen, die sich über mehrere Stockwerke erstrecken.

Die Angaben stützen sich auf dem schweizweiten Lärmberechnungsmodell sonBASE 2021 des Bundesamts für Umwelt. Die Berechnungen basieren auf dem Emissionskataster 2021 (EK 2021). Die Daten dienen ausschliesslich der statistischen Information auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene und sind gesetzlich nicht verbindlich. Verbindliche Angaben zur Lärmbelastung wie auch zur Lärmsanierung gibt die jeweilige Vollzugsbehörde das Bundesamt für Verkehr (BAV).

Ce jeu de données contient le niveau d'évaluation (Lr) du bruit des chemins de fer pendant la journée (06h–22h) aux logements à usage d'habitation ou à usage mixte en 2021.

Le point d'évaluation du logement (géométrie 3D) représente le point dominant du logement. Le point de façade dominant désigne le point du logement présentant le dépassement de valeur limite le plus élevé en fonction du niveau d'immission, du degré de sensibilité (DS) et de l'affectation.

Les logements peuvent être attribués à l'étage correspondant, mais leur emplacement exact (côté route ou côté opposé à la route) est inconnu. C'est pourquoi le même niveau de bruit est attribué à tous les logements situés au même étage. Des exceptions sont possibles pour les logements s'étendant sur plusieurs étages.

Les données reposent sur le modèle de calcul du bruit sonBASE 2021, établi à l'échelle nationale par l'Office fédéral de l'environnement. Pour le trafic ferroviaire, ils s'appuient sur le cadastre des émissions 2021 (CE 2021). Les données servent exclusivement à des fins d'information statistique aux niveaux national et régional et ne sont pas juridiquement contraignantes. Les informations contraignantes relatives à l'exposition au bruit ainsi qu'à l'assainissement phonique sont fournies par les autorités d'exécution compétentes, soit le trafic ferroviaire, l'Office fédéral des transports (OFT).

Il punto di valutazione delle abitazioni (geometria 3D) rappresenta il punto dominante dell'edificio. Per "punto di facciata dominante" s'intende il punto delle abitazioni che presenta il superamento più elevato del valore limite, in funzione del livello di immissione, del grado di sensibilità al rumore (GS) e della destinazione d'uso.

Le abitazioni possono essere attribuite al rispettivo piano, ma la loro posizione esatta (lato strada o lato cortile) è sconosciuta. Per questo motivo, a tutte le abitazioni dello stesso piano viene assegnato lo stesso livello sonoro massimo. Sono possibili eccezioni per le abitazioni che si estendono su più piani.

<p>I dati si basano sul modello di calcolo del rumore su scala nazionale sonBASE 2021 dell'Ufficio federale dell'ambiente (UFAM). I calcoli relativi al traffico ferroviario si basano sul Catasto delle emissioni del 2021 (CE 2021). I dati sono destinati esclusivamente all'informazione statistica a livello nazionale e regionale e non sono giuridicamente vincolanti. Informazioni vincolanti sull'esposizione al rumore e sul risanamento fonico sono fornite dalle rispettive autorità esecutive per il traffico ferroviario dell'Ufficio federale dei trasporti (UFT).</p>

This dataset contains the rating sound level (Lr) of railway traffic noise during the daytime (06:00–22:00) at dwellings with residential or mixed-use occupancy for the year 2021.

The dwelling rating point (3D geometry) represents the dominant point on the dwelling. The dominant façade point is defined as the point on the dwelling that shows the highest treshhold value exceedance, based on the immission level, the noise sensitivity level (ES), and the type of land use.

The dwellings can be assigned to their respective floor, but their exact position (street-facing or away from the street) is unknown. Therefore, all dwellings on the same floor are assigned the same highest noise level. Exceptions are possible for dwellings that extend across multiple floors.

The data are based on the nationwide noise calculation model sonBASE 2021 of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). For railway traffic on the Emission Cadastre 2021 (EC 2021). The data are intended exclusively for statistical information at national and regional level and are not legally binding. Binding information on noise exposure and noise abatement is provided by the respective enforcement authority, the railway traffic by the Federal Office of Transport (FOT).
