Kanton ZG, Schleppschlauchpflichtige Flächen
Seit dem 1.1.2024 müssen Gülle und flüssige Vergärungsprodukte mit emissionsmindernder Technik ausgebracht werden. Dieses Obligatorium ist in der Luftreinhalte-Verordnung (Anhang 2 Ziff. 552 LRV) verankert. Als emissionsmindernde Verfahren gelten die bandförmige Ausbringung mit Schleppschlauch- oder Schleppschuhverteilern sowie das Schlitzdrillverfahren mit offenem oder geschlossenem Schlitz. Das Obligatorium sieht auch Ausnahmen vor (z.B. Hangneigung oder Einzelflächen). Dargestellt werden diejenigen Flächen, welche von der Pflicht für emissionsarmes Ausbringen von flüssigen Hofdüngern gemäss Luftreinhalte-Verordnung betroffen sind.
