ETABLISSEMENTS POUR PERSONNES EN SITUATION DE HANDICAP (EPH)
Il y a 15 EPH dans le canton, dont plusieurs sont multi-sites.
Tous les établissements soumis à la loi sur l'intégration des personnes handicapées - LIPH - doivent être au bénéfice d'une autorisation d'exploitation.
Cette autorisation d'exploitation a valeur de reconnaissance au sens de la loi fédérale sur les institutions destinées à promouvoir l'intégration des personnes invalides (LIPPI).
Les établissements accueillant des personnes handicapées (EPH) qui sont situés sur le territoire genevois et ayant la qualité de personne morale ou dépendant d'une personne morale sont donc soumis à une autorisation d'exploitation, selon l'article 10 LIPH.
