Zones lacunaires : zones n'étant pas dans les territoires de courtes distances (trois premières catégories de la typologie) - donc disposant d'équipement faible ou moindre - avec une densité de population située entre 3'500 et 7'000 habitants par km2 soit identique à celle de 50% des territoires de proximité réduite.



Ces zones réunissent donc les conditions de densité correspondant aux territoires des courtes distances, mais n'en sont pas à l'heure actuelle.
