Bodenbelastungshinweiskarte (NW)
Die Belastungshinweiskarte Boden zeigt Flächen mit Verdacht auf eine Schadstoffbelastung von Böden sowie bekannte Bodenbelastungsgebiete. Sie dient als Entscheidungsgrundlage für den Umgang mit mutmasslich belastetem, abgetragenem Boden. Die Karte hat rein informativen Charakter und ist nicht parzellenscharf. Sie wird periodisch nachgeführt und angepasst.

Diese kantonale Fachstelle ist die Ansprech-, Beratungs- und Bewilligungsstelle für die Bevölkerung, die Gemeinden und Unternehmen. In dieser Funktion erbringen wir Dienstleistungen zu Gunsten der Umwelt inklusive Menschen, Tieren und Pflanzen. Wir führen den gesetzlichen Auftrag der Umwelt- und Gewässerschutzgesetzgebung sowie des Wasserrechts- und Bergregalgesetzes in mehr als 20 Fachgebieten aus. Energie ist ein wichtiger Aspekt bei der Realisierung eines Bau- oder Erneuerungsvorhabens. Die Energiefachstelle gibt Auskunft zu den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, berät in Fachfragen und stellt Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung.
