Constructional changes that contradict this purpose are not permitted. Limited effect of five years maximum; possible extension of up to three years. Legal basis (MwA Art. 14 Para. 1): “After consulting the cantons, the responsible department can specify project planning zones in order to keep space free for roads as a precaution.” There is no data for this data set; the metadata set serves solely as a description of the corresponding level of the Feature Service for the federal data.
