Parcs d’importance nationale: parcs naturels régionaux (VS)
Il s'agit de projets de parc déposés à l’OFEV régis par la loi sur la protection de la nature et du paysage révisée le 1er décembre 2007 (RS 451). Cette loi définit trois catégories de parcs nationaux: les parcs nationaux, les parcs naturels régionaux et les parcs naturels périurbains. En Valais, seule la catégorie Parc naturel régional est présente actuellement.
