Geomorphologisches Inventar 1997, lineare Objekte
Es wurden über die ganze Kantonsfläche 216 Objekte von nationaler, kantonaler oder regionaler Bedeutung ausgeschieden. Auswahlkriterien der Objekte: Ursprünglichkeit, erdgeschichtliche Repräsentativität, Sichtbarkeit, wissenschaftliche Bedeutung, kulturhistorische Bedeutung. Folgende Objekte wurden nicht oder nur teilweise ins Inventar aufgenommen: Findlinge, wissenschaftlich wertvolle Fossilfundstellen, grosse Gruben und Steinbrüche in Betrieb, Kuppen, Hügel, Moränenrücken uam., die wertvolle historische Bauten tragen.
