Landwerte
Der Datensatz Landwerte (Flächen) zeigt die Landwerte für die Nutzungen Einfamilienhaus, Stockwerkeigentum sowie Gewerbe und Industrie für Liegenschaften innerhalb der Bauzone. Der Datensatz Landwerte (Punkte) zeigt die Landwerte für dieselben Nutzungen ausserhalb der Bauzone. Ausserhalb der Bauzone werden die Landwerte durch die sich auf der Liegenschaft befindenden Gebäude visualisiert.

Die Erfassung und Publikation der Landwerte in einer öffentlichen Webkarte ist Bestandteil der Vereinfachung des Schatzungswesens (Projekt LuVal) und basiert auf einer Revision des Steuergesetzes (SRL Nr. 620). Das bisherige Schatzungsgesetz wird aufgehoben und die Bestimmungen für die Immobilienbewertung werden ins Steuergesetz integriert. Die Revision tritt per 1. Januar 2022 in Kraft. Der Schatzungszyklus wird neu auf fünf Jahre festgelegt. Die Berechnung der Landwerte erfolgt auf Basis eines Hedonischen Modelles, das sowohl Mikro- als auch Makrolagefaktoren berücksichtigt. Die Datengrundlage für den Datensatz stammt aus 2018.
