Die Konsultationskarte "Technische Gefahren" zeigt den Gefahrenbereich um einen Risikobetrieb bzw. eine -anlage, in dem Risikokonflikte auftreten können. Dank der Störfallverordnung profitiert die Bevölkerung im Kanton Luzern von einer gesetzlich verankerten Risikovorsorge, die Unfälle in Betrieben, auf Strasse und Schiene sowie bei Erdgashochdruckleitungen möglichst verhindert und allfällige Schäden minimiert. Die Risikovorsorge trägt auch zu weiteren technischen Fortschritten bei.
