Test perimeter for high-pressure natural gas pipelines
With the revised Major Accidents Ordinance, high-pressure pipelines for natural gas and crude oil are now also subject to the Major Accidents Ordinance.
The Major Accidents Ordinance stipulates minimum distances from the pipeline for various planning and construction measures. The inspection area is the area with an extension of 100 metres on both sides of the pipelines in which structural measures in particular must be inspected.
