Site sous vidéosurveillance : il s'agit des vidéosurveillances des entités soumises à la la loi cantonale sur la protection des données (CPDT-JUNE). Ce qui correspond principalement aux administrations cantonales et communales. Le Préposé à la protection des données et à la transparence (PPDT) propose un règlement type pour élaborer la base légale et un formulaire en ligne pour finaliser le processus de vidéosurveillance.
Les caméras posées par des privés n'entrent pas dans le champ de compétence du PPDT et n'apparaissent pas ici.
