Réseau d'observation des polluants atmosphériques en Valais RESIVAL
Le réseau cantonal d'observation des polluants atmosphériques (RESIVAL) doit permettre une appréciation objective du niveau des polluants sur l'ensemble du territoire cantonal. Chacune des stations représente une situation valaisanne type : rurale d'altitude (Les Giettes et Eggerberg), rurale de plaine (Saxon), proximité industrielle (Massongex et Brigerbad) et centre-ville (Sion). Le réseau dépasse donc les particularités locales pour caractériser le niveau de pollution de régions de référence.
