Waldreservate
Waldreservate sind auf Dauer angelegte Schutzflächen für die ökologische und biologische Vielfalt im Wald. In Sonderwaldreservaten werden gezielte Massnahmen zugunsten bestimmter Naturwerte ausgeführt. In Naturwaldreservaten wird auf forst- und landwirtschaftliche Nutzung verzichtet. Altholzinseln sind kleinere Flächen, die ebenfalls von der Nutzung ausgeschlossen werden und der Vernetzung dienen.
