Utilisation du domaine public des eaux (SI-Eaux)

Le domaine public des eaux est constitué des bien-fonds appartenant à l'Etat et situés sur et aux abords des cours d'eau ou plans d'eau . Il est géré par la SLCE.



Les utilisations du domaine public font l'objet d'autorisations de la part de la SLCE. Cette donnée en donne un inventaire avec la date d'échéance de l'autorisation. Ces utilisations peuvent être ponctuelles, linéaires et surfaciques. Les données administratives sont gérées par l'application FollowMe et ensuite importées dans SI-Eaux hebdomadairement. Les utilisations du domaine public des eaux sont par exemple une canalisation, un pont, un rail, un port, un camping,..



A noter que les amarrages individuels (bouées) n'ont pas de géométrie et sont rattachés à des secteurs d’amarrage.
