Kantonaler Richtplan (KRIP)
Der kantonale Richtplan ist die zentrale Drehscheibe der räumlichen Koordination über alle staatlichen Ebenen und über alle raumwirksamen Sachbereiche hinweg. Er dient zur Festlegung der räumlichen Nutzung im Kanton BL und ist für Behörden verbindlich. Seine Hauptziele sind: a) Koordination der raumwirksamen Tätigkeiten zwischen Bund, Kanton und Gemeinde. b) Schaffung einer Grundlage und eines verbindlichen Rahmens für die kommunale Richtplanung und die Nutzungsplanung von Kanton und Gemeinden. c) Aufzeigen der Bestandteile der künftigen räumlichen Ordnung des Kantonsgebiets (z.B. Verkehrsnetze).
