Reservats da guaud

Waldreservate sind grundsätzlich auf Dauer angelegte Schutzflächen für die ökologische und biologische Vielfalt im Wald. Einerseits ermöglichen sie die vollständige natürliche Entwicklung des Ökosystems Wald in Raum und Zeit (Prozesschutz in sog. Naturwaldreservaten). Andererseits dienen sie der Erhaltung von besonderen Lebensräumen (Habitaten) für bestimmte Arten, wofür gezielte Fördermassnahmen nötig sind (in sog. „Sonderwaldreservaten“ bzw. „Reservaten mit besonderen Eingriffen“). Abgebildet sind die Reservatsperimeter, die auch Nichtwaldflächen enthalten können. Ergänzend melden einige Kantone auch Waldflächen, deren Schutz in Verfügungen geregelt ist (Wälder in Naturschutzgebieten, Auen, Moorwälder etc.). Diese sind im Datensatz ebenfalls dargestellt. Die Kompetenz zur Einrichtung von Waldreservaten liegt bei den Kantonen. Die Kantone liefern dem BAFU die geografischen Daten (Geodaten) ihrer Waldreservate, der damit eine nationale Statistik erstellt.Die geschützten Wälder sind gemäss Wiener Resolution 4 Anhang 2 der Konferenz Europäischer Forstminister klassiert. Diese sieht 3 Kategorien vor (1.1 keine Intervention, 1.2 minimale Intervention, 1.3 Biodiversitätsförderung durch aktive Eingriffe), während die Schweizer Forstwirtschaft mit 2 Kategorien arbeitet (Naturwaldreservat und Sonderwaldreservat). Die Schweizer Sonderwaldreservate werden der Kategorie 1.3 zugeordnet während die Naturwaldreservate je nach Vereinbarung der Kategorie 1.1 oder 1.2 angehören. Die durch Verordnung und Verfügung geschützten Wälder werden gemäss Auflagen im Schutzbeschluss klassiert. Die Zuordnung der geschützten Waldflächen zu den 3 Kategorien der Wiener Resolution obliegt den zuständigen Kantonen.

Les réserves forestières sont des surfaces protégées durablement et vouées à la diversité écologique et biologique en forêt. Elles permettent d'une part le développement naturel complet de l'écosystème forestier dans le temps et dans l'espace (protection des processus dans les réserves forestières dites naturelles). D'autre part, elles servent à maintenir des milieux naturels (habitats) particuliers pour certaines espèces et bénéficient en ce cas de mesures de conservation ciblées (dans les réserves forestières dites particulières ou dans les réserves avec interventions particulières). Les périmètres des réserves peuvent délimiter des zones non boisées. L'aménagement des réserves forestières est de la compétence des cantons. Ces derniers livrent les données géographiques à l'OFEV qui compile une statistique nationale. En plus, certains cantons livrent aussi des données concernant des forêts protégées par des ordonnances (zones boisées de réserves naturelles, par exemple marais d'importance cantonale). Ces informations complémentaires figurent aussi dans le jeu de données. Les réserves forestières sont classées selon l'annexe 2 à la résolution de Vienne n°4 de la conférence ministérielle sur la protection des forêts en Europe. Celle-ci prévoit trois catégories (1.1 pas d'intervention active, 1.2 intervention minimum, 1.3 conservation par une gestion active). Les réserves particulières suisses sont assignées à la catégorie 1.3 alors que les réserves forestières naturelles appartiennent aux catégories 1.1 ou 1.2 en fonction des conventions appliquées. Les forêts protégées par des ordonnances ou par des décisions sont catégorisées conformément aux conditions de protection en vigueur. Les cantons sont responsables de l'attribution des catégories de la résolution de Vienne à leurs réserves forestières.

Le riserve forestali sono in linea di principio superfici protette in modo permanente destinate a favorire la diversità ecologica e biologica nel bosco. Esse consentono lo sviluppo naturale dell'ecosistema bosco a livello spazio-temporale (protezione delle dinamiche naturali nelle cosiddette riserve forestali di protezione). Inoltre promuovono la conservazione di spazi vitali (habitat) particolari per determinate specie, per le quali occorrono misure di promozione mirate (nelle cosiddette «riserve forestali speciali» o «riserve forestali con interventi mirati»). I perimetri delle zone protette rappresentati possono anche contenere zone non boschive. La competenza di stabilire riserve forestali spetta ai Cantoni. Questi forniscono i geo-dati delle loro riserve così da poter produrre una statistica nazionale. Alcuni Cantoni riportano anche boschi protetti tramite ordinanze (per es. boschi in altre zone protette, boschi golenali, ecc.), e questi sono anche rappresentati.Le riserve forestali sono definite nella loro protezione agli atti della Risoluzione di Vienna 4 della conferenza dei ministri forestali Europei. Questa prevede 3 Categorie (1.1 Nessun intervento attivo, 1.2 Interventi minimi, 1.3 Promozione delle biodiversità attraverso interventi specifici), mentre la selvicoltura svizzera lavora con 2 categorie (riserve forestali di protezione e riserve forestali speciali). Le riserve forestali speciali svizzere sono assegnate alla categoria 1.3, mentre le riserve forestali di protezione vengono categorizzate come 1.1 o 1.2 secondo i particolari dell'accordo. Le riserve cantonali stabilite tramite ordinanza o decreto vengono anch'esse categorizzate dai Cantoni ai sensi della risoluzione di Vienna.

Forest reserves are designated for the long-term protection of ecological and biological diversity in the forest. They enable the completely natural development of the forest ecosystem from both a spatial and temporal perspective (protection of processes in natural forest reserves). They also facilitate the conservation of special habitats for particular species that require targeted support (in “special forest reserves” or “reserves subject to special interventions”). Reserve perimeters can also include areas of non-forest. The authority for the establishment of forest reserves lies with the canton. They deliver data of their reserves in order to compile a national statistic. Additionally, some cantons also deliver data on forests protected through ordinance or decree (e.g. cantonal swamp forests, forests in natural parks), which are also shown. Forest reserves are defined in their protection according to the Wien Resolution 4, Appendix 2, of the Conference of the European forest ministers. This lists 3 categories of protection (1.1 no intervention, 1.2 minimal interventions, 1.3 Conservation through active management), whilst Swiss forestry uses 2 categories (natural forest reserves and special forest reserves). Special forest reserves are assigned to category 1.3, while natural forest reserves are assigned to categories 1.1 or 1.2 depending on their specific contractual arrangement. Cantonal reserves established through decree or ordinance are also categorized according to the Wien Resolution by the Canton.
