Raumkonzept AG (reAG): Ländlichen Entwicklungsräume
Die ländlichen Entwicklungsräume umfassen die Landgemeinden und Agglomerationsgemeinden ausserhalb der urbanen Räume. Sie richten ihre Entwicklung auf ihr spezifisches Potenzial aus und nehmen ihre Funktionen im zugeordneten grösseren Agglomerations- und Wirtschafts raum wahr. Die Grundversorgung ist sicherzustellen. Die Erfüllung der öffentlichen Aufgaben im ländlichen strukturschwachen Raum wird subsidiär durch den Finanz- und Lastenausgleich unterstützt.
