Landrichtwerte
Die Daten beinhalten die Landrichtwerte des Kantons Bern pro Gemeinde resp. Gemeindekreise. Die Landrichtwerte sind rechnerischer Ausgangspunkt zur Festlegung von amtlichen Werten (Vermögenssteuer) von unüberbautem Land in der Bauzone. Sie sind das Ergebnis statistischer Auswertungen entsprechender Handänderungspreise in der Bemessungsperiode. Direkte Schlüsse aus dem Landrichtwert auf die eigentlichen Landpreise in der Gemeinde sind nicht möglich.
