Gips wird hauptsächlich im Baugewerbe und zur Zementherstellung, aber auch im Kunsthandwerk und in der Keramikindustrie verwendet. Dieser Datensatz zeigt die in Betrieb stehenden sowie stillgelegten Produktions- und Abbaustandorte der Gipsindustrie in der Schweiz. Zudem bietet er eine Übersicht der Gips führenden geologischen Einheiten, basierend auf dem Datensatz GeoCover. Bei Interesse an einer Standortentwicklung ist eine detaillierte geologische Untersuchung der Vorkommen vor Ort unerlässlich. Die Perimeter der aktiven Abbaustellen sind als Hinweis zu verstehen. Diese basieren auf dem Topografischen Landschaftsmodell (TLM) und SWISSIMAGE-Luftbildern. Für detaillierte Informationen zu den Abbauaktivitäten wenden Sie sich bitte an die zuständigen kantonalen Behörden. Diese Karte wird periodisch aktualisiert und stellt keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit.

Le gypse est principalement utilisé dans la construction ainsi que pour la fabrication du ciment. Il est également employé dans l'artisanat et dans l'industrie de la céramique. Ce jeu de données montre les sites de production et d’extraction en service ou désaffectés de l’industrie du gypse. Une vue d’ensemble des unités géologiques contenant du gypse est également présentée. Cette dernière est basée sur le jeu de données GeoCover. En cas d’intérêt pour le développement d’un site, une étude sur place et détaillée des gisements de matière première est indispensable. Les périmètres des sites d'extraction en activité sont à considérer comme indicatifs. Ils se basent sur le Modèle Topographique du Paysage (MTP) et les images aériennes SWISSIMAGE. Pour des informations plus détaillées concernant les activités minières, prière de contacter les autorités cantonales respectives. Cette carte est mise à jour périodiquement et ne prétend pas être exhaustive.

Il gesso viene principalmente impiegato nell'edilizia e per la fabbricazione di cemento, ma anche nell'artigianato e nell'industria ceramica. Questo set di dati mostra i siti di estrazione e di produzione in funzione o dismessi dell'industria del gesso in Svizzera. È inoltre presentata una panoramica delle unità geologiche contenenti gesso. Quest’ultima si basa su il set di dati GeoCover. Nel caso si auspica allo sviluppo di un giacimento, è essenziale condurre un'indagine geologica dettagliata in loco. I perimetri dei siti di estrazione in attività sono da considerarsi come indicativi. Essi si basano sul Modello Topografico del Paesaggio (MTP) e immagini aeree SWISSIMAGE. Per dettagliate informazioni concernenti l'attività estrattiva, si prega di contattare le rispettive autorità cantonali. Questa set di dati è periodicamente aggiornamento e non pretende di essere completo.

Gypsum is used primarily in the construction industry and for the manufacturing of cement. It is also employed in the handicraft and ceramics industries. This dataset shows the production and mining sites in operation and decommissioned of the gypsum industry in Switzerland. An overview of the gypsum-bearing geological units is also provided. The latter is based on the dataset GeoCover. In case of interest in developing a deposit, it is essential to conduct an in situ detailed geological investigation. The perimeters of the active mining sites are to be considered as indications. They are based on the Topographic Landscape Model (TLM) and the SWISSIMAGE aerial photographs. For detailed information on mining activities, please contact the relevant cantonal authorities. This map is periodically updated and does not claim to be exhaustive.
