Notfalltreffpunkte (NTP)
Notfalltreffpunkte (NTP) sind polyvalent einsetzbare Erstanlaufstellen für die betroffene Bevölkerung bei Katastrophen, Notlagen und schweren Mangellagen. Der NTP fungiert als Informations- und Interaktionspunkt und bei einem Ausfall der ordentlichen Kommunikationsmittel als Notrufstelle. Ziel ist, Informationsbedürfnisse der Bevölkerung abzudecken, die Alarmierung der Blaulichtorganisationen sicherzustellen und Panik, Ängsten, Ungewissheit, Gerüchten und Spekulationen entgegenzutreten.
