Planungszonen
Planungszonen sind Gebiete, in denen ein vorsorgliche Bauverbot gilt. Müssen Nutzungspläne angepasst werden oder liegen keine vor, so kann die zuständige Behörde für genau bezeichnete Gebiete Planungszonen bestimmen. Innerhalb der Planungszonen darf nichts unternommen werden, was die Nutzungsplanung erschweren könnte. Planungszonen sind auf maximal 5 Jahre befristet.
Der Datensatz ist auch Bestandteil des Katasters der öffentlich-rechtlichen Eigentumsbeschränkungen (ÖREB).
