Seit 1995 werden für alle in Eidgenössischen Betriebszählungen erfassten Arbeitsstätten Koordinaten bestimmt. Zahlreiche Merkmale über Betriebe und Beschäftigte aller Wirtschaftssektoren, nach Voll- und Teilzeit und der NOGA (Allgemeine Systematik der Wirtschaftszweige) werden nach jeder Erhebung auf Hektaren aggregiert und stehen als Geodaten zur Verfügung.Ab 2011 wurde die Betriebszählung durch die jährlich aktualisierte Statistik der Unternehmensstruktur (STATENT), eine Vollerhebung auf der Grundlage der Register der AHV-Ausgleichskassen, abgelöst. Die STATENT liefert zentrale Informationen zur Struktur der Schweizer Wirtschaft (z. B. Anzahl Unternehmen, Anzahl Arbeitsstätten, Anzahl Beschäftigte usw.) und gibt damit einen Überblick über die Wirtschaftslandschaft der Schweiz. Für die Beschäftigung in Vollzeitäquivalenten (VZÄ) wird das Arbeitsvolumen sämtlicher Voll- und Teilzeitbeschäftigten, das normalerweise in Arbeitsstunden gemessen wird, in Vollzeitbeschäftigte umgerechnet.

Un grand nombre de variables touchant les établissements, les emplois et les activités économiques selon la NOGA (Nomenclature générale des activités économiques) sont agrégées par hectare après chaque relevé et diffusées sous forme de géodonnées.Dès 2011, le recensement des entreprises est remplacé par la statistique structurelle des entreprises (STATENT), un relevé exhaustif réalisé sur la base des données tirées des registres de l'AVS. La STATENT fournit des informations centrales sur la structure de l'économie suisse (par ex. nombre d'entreprises, nombre d'établissements, nombre d'emplois, etc.) et donne ainsi une vue d'ensemble du paysage économique de la Suisse. L'emploi en équivalent plein temps (EPT) est déterminé par la conversion du volume de travail, qui est habituellement mesuré en termes d'emploi ou d'heures de travail, en emplois à plein temps.

La STATENT fornisce informazioni chiave sulla struttura dell'economia svizzera (p.es. numero di imprese, numero di stabilimenti, numero di addetti ecc.) dando una visione generale del panorama economico svizzero. Gli addetti in equivalenti a tempo pieno (EPT) risultano dalla conversione del volume di lavoro (misurato in termini di addetti o di ore di lavoro) in impieghi a tempo pieno.

Since 1995, coordinates have been allocated to all establishments recorded in federal business censuses. After each census, detailed information of businesses locations and full-time and part-time employment in all economic sectors according to NOGA (General Classification of Economic Activities) are aggregated in hectares and published as geodata.Since 2011 the business census is replaced by the structural business statistics (STATENT), an annual full survey of business and economic information taken from the registers of the OASI administration (Swiss social insurance system). STATENT provides important information about the structure of the Swiss economy (e.g. number of enterprises, number of workforce), delivering a general overview over the economic landscape of Switzerland. The employment in full-time equivalents (FTE) is the result of the conversion of the entire labour volume performed by all economically full-time and part-time active persons, normally measured in working hours, to full time employees.

Die Betriebszählung war eine gesamtschweizerische Befragung aller Betriebe und Unternehmen. Ihre Zielsetzung bestand in der vollständigen Erfassung aller wirtschaftlichen Produktionseinheiten unter ökonomischen, sozialen und räumlichen Gesichtspunkten. Die Erhebung aktualisierte das Betriebs- und Unternehmensregister und diente als Referenz für eine Reihe von Statistiken.

Le recensement des entreprises était réalisé à l'échelle nationale auprès de l'ensemble des établissements et entreprises. Son but était de recueillir des données d'ordre économique, social et géographique sur la totalité des unités de production de l'économie. Le recensement permettait également de mettre à jour le registre des entreprises et des établissements et servait de référence pour toute une série de statistiques.

Bis 2008 wurden alle drei bis vier Jahre Betriebszählungen durchgeführt, wobei die Zählungen der Landwirtschaft und der anderen Wirtschaftssektoren oft nicht synchron durchgeführt und aktualisiert wurden.

Hektarauswertungen der Betriebszählungen seit 1995 werden bei GEOSTAT in relationalen Datenbanken verwaltet, in welchen jede Hektare (eines für alle Erhebungen identischen Standardrasters) einen Datenrecord darstellt. Für die Diffusion können daraus gleichermassen strukturierte Textdateien (Normalfall), bei Bedarf aber auch GIS-kompatible Vektor- (Punktdaten) oder Rasterdaten (GRID, GeoTIFF) erzeugt werden.

Des exploitations hectométriques de tous les recensements fédéraux des entreprises depuis 1995 sont gérés par GEOSTAT dans des banques de données relationnelles. A chaque hectare (d'un grille standardisé pour tous les relevés) correspond un enregistrement. Les résultats sont diffusés sous la forme de fichiers texte structurés (cas normal) ou, au besoin, sous la forme de données vectorielles (points) ou des données raster (GRID, GeoTIFF) compatibles SIG.

Erklärung

Die Geokodierungen der Eidgenössischen Betriebszählungen umfassen alle mit einer gesamtschweizerisch eindeutigen BUR-Nummer identifizierten Arbeitsstätten. Durch die Geokodierung wird jede Arbeitsstätte mit einem Gebäude im Eidgenössischen Gebäude- und Wohnungsregister (GWR) verknüpft. Die Koordinaten des Gebäudes im GWR werden danach der Arbeitsstätte zugeteilt.

Le géocodage des recensements des entreprises porte sur tous les établissements identifiés par un numéro REE univoque dans toute la Suisse. Dans le cadre du géocodage, chaque établissement est associé à un bâtiment du Registre fédéral des bâtiments et logements (RegBL). Les coordonnées du bâtiment issues du RegBL sont ensuite attribuées à l'établissement.

Betriebszählungen sind Vollerhebungen (ursprünglich per Fragebogen oder via Internet, ab 2011 Registererhebung, meistens ohne Direktbefragung) der Arbeitsstätten des sekundären und tertiären Sektors. Für den produktiven Landwirtschaftsbereich erfolgt die Datenerhebung durch Koordination der administrativen Daten im Rahmen der Direktzahlungsverordnung.

Les recensements des entreprises sont des enquêtes exhaustives (initialement au moyen de questionnaires ou via Internet, dès 2011 données tirées des registres, en général sans enquête directe auprès des entreprises) des établissements des secteurs secondaire et tertiaire. Pour le secteur primaire lié à la production agricole le relevé est fondé sur les données administratives collectées dans le cadre de l'ordonnance sur les paiements directs combiné par relevés complémentaires par échantillonnage.
