Stauanlagen unter kantonaler Aufsicht
Stauanlagen, welche die Kriterien gemäss Art. 2 des Stauanlagengesetzes (StAG) erfüllen, fallen unter den Geltungsbereich der Stauanlagengesetzgebung und stehen somit unter der direkten Aufsicht einer Sicherheitsbehörde, sei es einer kantonalen Aufsichtsbehörde oder der Aufsichtsbehörde des Bundes. Gemäss Art. 23 StAG stehen diejenigen Anlagen unter der direkten Aufsicht der Kantone, welche nicht der direkten Bundesaufsicht unterstehen.
