Der Datensatz «Hoheitsgrenzpunkte LV» enthält die Punkte, die die Eckpunkte der Landesgrenze (Hoheitsgrenze MN) markieren, und wird von der Landesvermessung verwaltet. Diese Punkte begrenzen sowohl das Gebiet der Schweiz gegenüber dem Ausland als auch die Aussengrenzen der Kantone, Bezirke, Gemeinden und Grundstücke der Schweiz. Sie werden in der amtlichen Vermessung als Grenzpunkte (Geodatenmodell DMAV_Grundstuecke_V1_0) verwaltet und als Dienst zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Daten werden ohne Höhenangaben geliefert.

Le jeu de données « Points limite territoriale MN » contient les points marquant les sommets de la frontière nationale (Limite territoriale MN) et est géré par la mensuration nationale. Ces points délimitent à la fois le territoire de la Confédération vis-à-vis de l’étranger et les limites externes des cantons, districts, communes et biens-fonds suisses. Gérés dans la mensuration officielle en tant que points limites (modèle de géodonnées DMAV_Grundstuecke_V1_0), ils sont mis à disposition sous forme de service. Les données sont fournies sans informations d'altitude.

Il dataset «Punti limite territoriale MN» contiene i punti che segnano i vertici del confine nazionale (limite territoriale MN) ed è gestito dalla misurazione nazionale. Questi punti delimitano il territorio della Confederazione Svizzera rispetto all'estero e i confini esterni dei Cantoni, dei distretti, dei Comuni e dei fondi svizzeri. Gestiti nella misurazione ufficiale come punti limite (modello di geodati DMAV_Grundstuecke_V1_0), sono messi a disposizione sotto forma di servizio. I dati sono forniti senza informazioni sull'altitudine.

The “Territorial limit points NS” dataset contains the points marking the vertices of the national border (Territorial limit NS) and is managed by the national survey. These points delimit both the territory of the Swiss Confederation with respect to foreign countries and the external boundaries of Swiss cantons, districts, municipalities, and properties. Managed in the official survey as boundary points (geodata model DMAV_Grundstuecke_V1_0), they are made available as a service. The data are provided without elevation information.
