Datenbereitstellung gemäss minimale Geodatenmodell «Dauernde Bodenverschiebungen» und ist ein Bestandteil der amtlichen Vermessung.

Die Empfehlungen «Behandlung von dauernden Bodenverschiebungen in der Amtlichen Vermessung» schlägt vor, nach welchen Kriterien Gebiete mit dauernder Bodenverschiebung ausgeschieden und somit als Geobasisdaten erfasst werden. Die vom Kanton bezeichneten und genehmigten Gebiete mit dauernder Bodenverschiebung bewirken beim betroffenen Grundstück eine Anmerkung im Grundbuch. Da diese Anmerkung grundsätzlich für das gesamte Grundstück gilt, sind die Perimeter der Gebiete mit dauernder Bodenverschiebung grundsätzlich parzellenscharf zu definieren.
<br><br>
Im Kanton Solothurn gibt es zum heutigen Zeitpunkt keine Perimeter.
