Abstract
The Hiking Map series "T" 1:50'000 is the official map for the hiking trails of Switzerland. It is based on the National Map 1:50'000 and contains the marked hiking and mountain trails, the alpine routes as well as the lines and stops of public transport (rail, bus, aerial cableway, ship) as well as mountain shelters and remote inns. The perimeters of the sheets correspond with a few exceptions to the National Map 1:50'000. There are composites of specified regions. The first publications came out between 1982 and 2007. The map content is updated periodically in a cycle of approx. 6 years. The printed map is available folded and unfolded.
